This was the only plumbing firm out of three that even returned a call. Mike was very professional. He kept his first appointment, diagosed a problem and gave us a fair price for replacement of water heater. He responded to questions raised before the installation and kept his appointment date for installation. Job was well done. I highly recommend this company.

Most recently, we had to call HomeTown Plumbing for a water heater that went out on us. Called Salli and she was very friendly and helpful with scheduling. As always, Mike was quick to fit us in, was quick with the repairs, and was upfront in regards to all the work he was doing from start to finish and the costs associated with it.
